Colorful Autumn continuesThe reds seems to be hanging on for a long time this year.
Waterford, Maine
The same lake in Waterford. Up the hill from the previous view, building for an old orchard

And a view from the orchard.
An image for someone who encouraged this blog into existence. Oak trunk and beech leaves:

Autumn colorsThe colors of autumn are so fleeting. With the prediction of heavy rains last night, I made sure to capture some more images before too many leaves fell. Here is how it has progressed.
The next one is from Menotomy Road in Fryeburg. Mount Washington is there again. So peaceful compared to the time of Captain Lovewell's battle with Indians, which happened nearby.
Fryeburg Fair photos. No, I did not get something to eat from either of these places. Although I wish I tried the pizza.
And before the heavy rain:
Autumn colors beginOur fall colors are going strong with the brilliant crimsons of the maples.
Looking forward to more color with this season.
A beginningThis blog is planned to be a place where you can see what I have been doing photographically recently. You will find my photographic interests to be eclectic at times. I photograph what I see around me, trying to share my vision and experiences. Sometimes there will be images from recent assignments and other times there will be images from my commute to work. Let's start with images from the recent photo shoot of a fabulous car from the Bahre collection, a 1947 Delahaye 135-M Roadster by Figoni & Falaschi.
Yes, that is Mount Washington in the background. Something less fabulous, but very nice seen on the way home:
And a last rose of summer from Lord's Point in Kennebunk.
This last image was taken with the Fuji XF-1 and the previous images were taken with the Nikon D600.
