Cobscook Bay State Park is this hidden gem of a campground Downeast -- if you like privacy, isolation, shaded trees, and the sea.

How many campgrounds have sites that have a footbridge to them?

The next hidden spot we visited was near Cutler. But I don't know that I'll tell you where. The distant hurricanes must have brought the offshore clouds and the pounding surf.
