Orford, NHA trip to a fa-so-la event took me to western New Hampshire, so on the return trip I stopped in Orford along the Connecticut River.
Back in Chocorua village, the setting sun lit up the church and you can see Mount Chocorua in the background.
Sabattus, winter or spring?We are starting our hikes again. This time a return to Sabattus in Lovell in the snow. On the day that spring starts. We had snowshoes, but didn't use them. The trail had been well-packed by previous hikers.

Beach weather?It has been so warm lately that I took a break from morning errands Saturday to spend some time at the beach. First I had to stop off for ice cream.
Then there was no place to park my car.
Oh well.
