Winter by the seaside
Yesterday afternoon I had time for a walk along the beach at Crescent Beach State Park in Cape Elizabeth. The weather was relatively warm and the snow not as deep as further inland. Enjoy the scenes.
An enjoyable way to start the new year. Winter fireworksFriends invited me to join them at the Shawnee Peak ski area to watch their Christmas break fireworks this past week. So here goes:
After the mountain was cleared and the lights turned off, the ski patrol came down the main slope with flares.
Best wishes for all in the New Year. Thanks for following my blog. A look back at NovemberPhoto projects like the magazine shoot kept me from posting last month, so here is a photographic summary.
So, starting and ending with Mount Washington from Bridgton, thirdly rainbow over Sabattus, six is new snow in Sweden, then Bug Light in South Portland on a beautiful day. Lake Living winter 2016Lake Living Magazine specializes in featuring businesses local to the Lakes Region of Western Maine. So Laurie Lamountain, editor and publisher, had us scheduled with models for a time when the business wasn't open. The couple in the photos run another local business across the street on Main Hill in Bridgton. It was evening, so I set up lights and we started while our "models" drank their tea.
This last one became the cover. Then we changed setup to a different room.
Then a detail image.
Notice the tailights blurring through the background? And finally, Melinda Thomas, proprieter.
